The placement function of the cell includes sending out invitations to various organizations, arranging campus interviews and keeping the students informed of their performances. The cell is also responsible for extending hospitality to the members from various organizations who visit the campus for seminars, pre-placement talks and interviews.

English Department

This is an era of global demand for professionally qualified nurses. Apart of nursing skill, communicative skill in English language has become all the more important. To equip the nursing students with skill in English we have expert faculty in our department of English headed by Dr. Maria Lou'sa Francis.

Internship

Internship is part of BSc Nursing programme and the interns shall be directly under the control of principal. From the next day of publication of results of final year examination the intern is expected to perform the functions of staff nurse and assist the teaching faculty of the college of nursing in the respective area. No Stipend will be paid during internship. One-year internship is counted as experience for higher studies and job.
